The Koko, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) app, has partnered with Seylan Bank, which has integrated with LankaPay’s, JustPay Web platform in another milestone collaboration to allow Koko customers to make purchases and pay in three installments, directly from their bank accounts.
This partnership marks a clearing of a significant bottleneck in enabling seamless transactions through JustPay Web, which extends the capabilities of LankaPay’s JustPay Mobile to browser-based applications to make payments directly from any Bank Account in Sri Lanka.
Seylan Bank’s Open API stack played a pivotal role in enabling Koko to connect with JustPay Web, enhancing the user experience with simplified payment processes. Koko users, who previously relied on debit and credit cards for BNPL services, can now link their bank accounts directly through Koko to perform real-time transactions conveniently.
