How it works:

- Picture of the NIC (Front & Reverse) or Driving License.
- Scan image or picture of the request letter (stating what information you need to update :Mobile number/Email address), you may drop this off at your branch or post when possible
- Screenshot of the mobile ownership ( Dial #132# from your mobile and follow the steps)
Once we receive all above, after a verification process we will be updating your information as soon as possible.
