Wedding
- A minimum balance of LKR20,000/- or USD 500/- equivalent should be maintained for a minimum period of 6 months prior to the event.
- Cash gift up to LKR 100,000/- will be awarded at the time of marriage.
- Duly filled Seylan Application should be forwarded to the bank with respective document for the claim. Copies will be obtained by the bank.

- In the event of wedding, childbirth, surgery, completion of exams with merits - Grade5,O/L, A/L, Professional exams - a minimum balance of LKR20,000/- or USD 500/- equivalent should be maintained for a minimum period of 6 consecutive calendar months prior to the event.
- In the event of Grade 5 Scholarship excellence - a minimum balance of LKR 20,000/- or above in Tikiri Account should be maintained for a minimum period of 6 consecutive calendar months prior to the event.
- In the event of 21st ,50th & 60th Birthday , 10th & 25th wedding anniversary, retirement benefit -a minimum balance of LKR20,000/- or USD 500/-(or equivalent in any other designated foreign currencies) equivalent should be maintained for a minimum period of 12 months prior to the event.
- In the event of Hotel Package - a minimum balance of LKR (5.0)5,000,001 Mio or USD 50,000/- (or equivalent in any other designated foreign currencies) should be maintained for a minimum period of 12 months prior to the event.
- In the event of both caesarean surgery and child birth claims are submitted, both claims will be honored.
- In the event customer maintains more than one LKR accounts, the aggregate balance of all qualifying accounts to be considered.
- In the event of both parents being account holders, only one claim will be entertained.
- Necessary documentation should be submitted in order to receive grants and must be submitted within 3 months from the event.
- Customers who have obtained credit facilities against their LKR (Rupee) savings and current accounts balances (full/partial) are not eligible to receive rewards under Mega rewards scheme.
- Customers, who have obtained credit facilities in foreign currency (Foreign Currency Loans) against their FCY deposit balances, are eligible to receive rewards based on the leeway in balance maintained with the bank for the stipulated period. (i.e. Deposit less of loan outstanding).
- Only PFCA Personal fixed deposits are entitled and Rupee fixed deposits are not entitled.
- Only one claim would be entertained per account holder under each category for a period of 365 days from the date of event.
- Next claim of same category could be considered, only 365 days from the initial claiming date except hotel package.
- Hotel package will be entitled once in two years.
- All grants will be credited in LKR to the customer's account and only grant of child birth, grade five scholarships and O/L will be credited to the Tikiri/Minor account. Foreign currency accounts will not be credited.

Child Birth
- A minimum balance of LKR20,000/- or USD 500/- equivalent should be maintained for a minimum period of 6 months prior to the event
- Cash gift up to LKR 100,000/- will be awarded at the birth of a child.
- A Tikri account to be opened and the funds credited to a “Tikiri A/c” in the name of the child.
- In a rare occurrence of birth of twins/ triplets, customers will be entitled for multiples of the reward as the case may be. ( Up to a maximum grant amount of LKR 100,000/-)
- Child birth registered overseas will be considered for cash gift.
- In the event the birth certificate cannot be produced within the stipulated three months period, the Particulars of birth issued by the hospital / nursing home will be accepted.
- In the event of both parents being account holders, only one claim will be entertained.

Surgery

- Locally (at Private/Semi Government Hospital and Paying Wards) or hospitals abroad will be considered for reimbursement of surgical expenses.
- Surgery at government hospitals will not be considered unless any related expenses are involved.
- The grant for surgery will be offered as a reimbursement of surgery expenses and not for hospitalization without a surgery being done.
- For Cataract surgery only the cost of the lens and accessories will be reimbursed.
- Amount will be reimbursed where supporting bills are provided and would be either the actual expenditure or the entitlement whichever is lower.
- Annexure II to be completed by the customer and surgeon. The original or certified copies of the diagnosis card and relevant receipts to be submitted for surgery claim.

10th Wedding Anniversary

Hotel Package
- A minimum balance of LKR 5 Mn or USD 50,000/- (or its equivalent in any other designated foreign currency) should be maintained continuously for a minimum period of 12 calendar months prior to the event.
- A free hotel stay up to two nights for two persons (full board basis) at a star class hotel will be offered for balances over LKR 10 Mn or USD 100,000/-.

- Only one claim would be entertained per account holder under each category for a period of 365 days from the date of event.
- Next claim of same category could be considered, only 365 days from the initial claiming date except hotel package.
- Hotel package will be entitled once in two years.
- All grants will be credited in LKR to the customer's account and only grant of child birth, grade five scholarships and O/L will be credited to the Tikiri/Minor account. Foreign currency accounts will not be credited.
- Surgery at government hospitals will not be considered .
- The grant for surgery will be offered as a reimbursement of surgery expenses and not for hospitalization without a surgery being done.
- The grant related to achievement of professional exams will only be offered for Degree or any other professional qualification with a minimum duration of 12months
- The Bank reserves the right to alter or cancel the benefit scheme without prior notice.
