Procedure

1. Cardholder (Parent/Guardian) to make the payment through a Seylan Credit Card using the online portal in AKURA
2. Cardholder has to call our hotline 0112008888 and request to convert the transaction into an Instalment Plan ( No Handling Fee)

3. Call Centre agent will arrange to convert the transaction into an Instalment Plan
4. Cardholder will receive a SMS from the Bank once the conversion process is completed
