Child Policy
•      Children below 5 years – Free of Charge
•      Children between 5 to 12 years – 50% on meal rates will be charged when sharing a parent’s room with existing bedding.
 
Mode of Payments: 

• 50% advance payments are to be made upon confirming the reservation and balance payments should be made prior to the departure.
• Cheque should be drawn in favor of Sun waves Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, Sampath Bank, Thalahena Branch (ACCOUNT Number - 021110001832), and the clear copy of the deposit slip, stating your name and the date of arrival to be WhatsApp or E, mail to below mail address.

 
Hotel Check-In and Check-out Policy
 
•      Check-In time is 2.00 P.M
•      Check-Out time is 12.00 P.M
•      Early Check-In and Late Check- Out would be subject to availability and at an extra charge.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Any cancellations of confirmed Reservations shall be notified in writing. If failure to do so, would be a result of cancellation fee being levied as stated below,
 
Ø  Cancellation within 07 days prior to the arrival date subject to 100% of the value of the booking.
Ø  Cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date is subject to 50% of the value of the booking.
