Terms and Conditions

• Maximum Transaction value per Cardholder per transaction will be LKR 1,000,000/- & minimum transaction value will be LKR 10,000/- .
• The maximum tenure of the 0% Easy Payment Plan Facility will depend on the agreement between the Merchant and/or the Bank.
• In case the Cardholder wishes to settle the Payment Plan before the due period, the Cardholder should inform Seylan Call Centre of his/her intention to close the Extended Settlement Plan on the Card account.  In such event of an early settlement, a 4.00% early settlement fee shall be applicable from the remaining Extended Settlement Plan facility’s total outstanding amount.
• The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation for repayment to the Bank.
